OK sa.cruiser here is my final response in this particular thread and I will take it point by point:

We DO hit the streets and knock on doors. We DO talk to people and we DO our jobs.. non-paying VOLUNTEER jobs and we do them well! Heck there isnt a week that goes by that I dont consult MaryAnne at least 3 times a week about this neighborhood for one reaon or another (be it confirming stuff, following up on the PID or authorizing other issues.)

Not only do I know about the Sivage Homes SALES Rep (her name is Laura) parking on the sidewalk (she claims it is technically a driveway and has a fear for her safety ) I have personally called the police AND had them deal with it.  I have also personally spoken David Murtahg (the sivage homes guy and another Board member) regarding the matter.  and she still does it.  I will give him another call, this time without being so... ummm... nice.

If the ONLY sign you have seen over the last 2 years was for COP meetings, you were not looking, driving or paying ANY form of attention.  I have personally put out so many signs over the last couple of years I lost count... but I have them ALL in my garage if you would like to count them!  (storing the HOA stuff in my garage saves the HOA about $700 per year AND they are reusable which ALSO saves us another $200 per year approx.)

no clue what a "press acne" is.

As for a park.  that has been on my agenda for 7 years since it was promised to me when I bought my home and was promised to a MINIMUM of 300 OTHER original owners (we who had our home built.)  As of this point however, fixing our streets is priority #1. A park is roughly 3 or 4 on the list of issues that face our neighborhood.  I would LITERALLY be jumping with glee if only Commissioner Rodriguez would actually HELP us.  The only reason he is willing to speak with me now is that it is an election year.

And I am not dumb enough to not have figured in the maint. costs of a park and figured all of that into the budget etc... but thanks for reminding me that I knew about that.

As for your reported claim to have been on a board of an HOA...  If you were in you PREVIOUS neighborhood, why have you NEVER stepped up to volunteer for ANY position what-so-ever in OUR neighborhood.

I have been nothing but honest and straight forward with everyone.  If you feel that you can do a better job than me, please feel free to run against me on March 8.

Oh yah, I also schedule and confirm locations for our meetings.  Unfortunately, as of 2 days ago, March 1 was taken so I had to resched for March 8. I will update the website this weekend,

I apologize for the fact that I am being rude in this post but I dont appreciate being attacked constantly by an unknown person who claims to know more about our neighborhood that I do yet, in all honestly only seems to want a fence replaced when there are many other more pressing issues that face the rest of the HOA.  AKA the streets in the front half of the neighborhood especially Sandflat Pass, crime prevention etc.

That said, I am done with this thread.

Have a wonderful day.
