I wouldnt rush it!

If we assume the HOA now ...we are responsible for everything...stormwater management etc...Lacrosse would love to pawn this responsibility off on us ...because they know that this development is going to take alot longer than expected to sell out...Do the math...so many homes paying for all the responsibility...it may take them 5 yrs to complete the last home here the way things are going...and we will be taking on all the problems until then...i suggest a re-negotiation with lacrosse that they maintain it until there are only 10 lots left !! think before you jump in to this mess!!!

hoa fee

I,too,am wondering about the HOA.I received a bill today for $150 which states that this for my annual HOA assessment there an association and how was the fee determined?What services are this fee providing for? I clearly am out of the loop because I was under the impression that plans were still in the planning stage.

Looking at the big picture

It is so nice to see people looking at the big picture and not if a beach chair, toy, etc. are in another persons yard. All the HOA is going to do is ask for alot of money for really something that can be taken care of without them. Also taking on the big responsablity of storm water issues etc. and everything. HOA is more then just worrying about what your neighbor has in your yard it's about big issues.

I was told by Laura just two weeks ago that they did not have a company yet. There were some issues about the company that was to take it over. I would not pay any bill until you know what is going on/ Issuing a bill with no details is very unprofessional. Not a way to start things off.
