I also heard that the contact person for the management company lives in Orchard Hill....I'm wondering why when I sent everyone the same letter, they didn't log on here and start posting anything, especially for us all to expect a bill.

I agree. I would like to have a say in how the budget will be developed and how the annual fees will be spent.Since this information has not been explained to the Orchard Hill community I am with holding payment as well.

I really wouldn't waste time with a petition. It will serve no purpose. Will definitley mean nothing legally. Wait for the meeting and unite then
