Can someone tell me the name of the management company?

The invoice I received today said the company is Legum& Norman INC.
from Charolette NC. Makes no sense to me

I'm so at a lost for words involving this issue. This is what I mean by bring someone in that has no clue and now we have to pay for something we don't know whats going one. I'm very upset and need to make some calls. Thanks

I just got off the phone with Pam Lawson with Nomran Legume in Rehoboth Beach. That is the closet office. She was very insincere to put it bluntly. I told her the concern about receiving a bill with no explanation.

She apologized (again not sincere) and kept repeating very rudely ''what can I do for you?'' I urged her to schedule a meeting to explain what services this bill would cover. She said she would schedule a meeting. I told her the meeting should have been scheduled first. She replied ''sorry it was done the way you wanted''. Again very insincere. More sarcastic tone. I got angry at that point and asked her when a meeting would be scheduled. She said in a few weeks. That was the best I could do.

Just a note for everyone. I am on the board for our condo in Ocean City, Maryland. Norman Legum has a bad reputation there. They had our condo prior to me buying there and there are some bad stories. Cannot say anything bad about them in Rehoboth, but I don't like the way my conversation went. Sounded like she was my boss, when she now works for us. We pay her check
