HEY EVERYONE,

IT SEEMS THE LONE RANGER (MR. PRESIDENT) HAS BEEN MEETING WITH THE CITY OFFICIALS AGAIN WITHOUT THE OTHER MEMBERS OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS FOR OUR ASSOCIATION.HE HAS NOT EVEN INCLUDED THE CHAIR OF THE ACC OR ANY OF ITS MEMBERS. I ASK YOU NOW; IS THIS THE KIND OF LEADERSHIP WE WANT IN OUR NEIGHBORHOOD? IT IS MY UNDERSTANDING, THROUGH THE DECLARATION OF THE COVENANTS, THAT OUR BOARD OF DIRECTORS IS TO ACT AS A WHOLE FOR THE PAID MEMBERS OF THE ASSOCIATION, AND NOT AS THE LONE RANGER (ONE PERSON DOING BUSINESS FOR ALL). IS IT NOT TIME WE CALL A SPECIAL MEETING TO REMOVE THE LONE RANGER FROM OFFICE?  LET ME KNOW BY POSTING YOUR ANSWERS ON THIS SITE.

Hold it and I will be there....hope the timing is right though...Laird would understand !

yes I do understand and will also be there_____but we should all come together for the singleness of purpose, our association and its paid up members.

Ya know ......a couple of thoughts ......

#1. Apathy is what created our reality  #2 . demanding times at work suck most the energy out of me by the end of the day ! #3.As the economy tanks {hows that hope and change treating you ? },are there not more and more renters? Who will never have the concern for our sub.s future.#4. Do you think you could pull together enough people for a vote ?

 I know at the present time I do not have the extra 's / ie. time & energy to comit.

That said if someone does fantastic and I will back him or her all the way!

If Eddie has outlasted his term limits than rules are rules, as long as someone steps up to replace , otherwise you get the same - ol same -old.

Up front why not just replace the bushes with esperanzas that do not need water ?
