Hi. I am currently President of the MFMC Board and I am sorry, but the answer would be no. The problem is this, if we made an exception for you for this rule, then others could ask for exceptions to other rules. The only thing we can do is put it on another ballot in the fall and hope that more people in the community vote to approve the change. I was hoping this would have passed and I am just as disappointed as you.

I am under some confusion as to why a house on Mt. Vernon has it around their pool . Why can they have it? It is around their pool. It is white vinyl split rail. The house backs up to the main road. It is a bi-level. This is why I believe you are getting asked it others can have it. It has been there for a year or maybe more. |

They probably put it up without permission. There has been some other things around here that happened that way. They should be made to take it down. They shouldn't be allowed to have it either. I doubt it was approved by the board. It is clearly written in the deed restrictions. I don't think the board would have approved it. Why do some people get to have things that are not allowed? I don't understand it! That fence has been there for 1-2 years now! Why??? The restrictions need to be enforced for everyone! |
