I am the homeowner with the white fence that the board DID approve.

On 6/22/11, I sent a request for approval to the MFMC Board of Directors.  In that request was the following explanation about the fence with a picture from the catalog:

The deck rail / pool fence will be constructed of white PVC/Vinyl post and rail covered with black pool grade mesh.  A picture is attached on the deck/pool drawing.

On 7/13/11 at 5:58pm I received an email that read as follows:

Dear Mrs. Jablonski,
The MFMC board has approved your request for a deck and pool fence.  I will be getting your letter out this week-end.
Sherry McCormick

So for those of you who think I've done something "illegal", you're wrong!

I was not suggesting you did anything wrong, I was just curious how we get an exception and I was told that no exception exsisted.  So if there is indeed exceptions made, why can't we get one too.  Is Sherry McCormick the person I need to speak with?

and thank you for sharing that, and I am sorry that you felt like we were attacking you

At the time, Sherry McCormick was on our Board of Directors.  I believe she was the Secretary.  However, the email she responded to was sent to every member of the Board so they could all review our proposal, talk about it amongst themselves and reply to me.

Some of those people have moved on however the following people were a part of the email chain and still on our Board: Michael Peyton, Christine Payne and Sylvia Simpson.
