Oh, MissIowa

Always remember when someone like fyi2 posts they are the words of an uneducated person in a dead end job that wishes they could start their own business and make it a success!

I have been avoiding replying

but this one peeves me for some reason.
In order to have a ''tax write off'' you have to have money to invest. Money for employees to do the remodeling, money for building materials, money to buy the building and money to risk in a venture.
All that money turns over and over again there by supporting the community. Now exactlly what is wrong with that? Why is that a bad thing? Why is it bad that someone is investing in rebuilding and improving the downtown? What would you prefer that the downtown look like and have in it? Do your prefer bars and wore houses? That is quite telling of your character IMHO. Your intellegence is showing.

WE NEED-

A freaking grocery store in the downtown area. Right about where the old Sun Mart used to be would be ideal. Lots of people still live in and around the down town area. They ALL eat but not all eat in restaurants.
Come on investers. Do something positive for the downtown.
