stopped going to Unity and just go to the vet now. One thing that pisses me off about Unity is there chitty @ss billing system. At times they wait 4+ months to even send me a bill.

Billing

Gotta say Homer, I think their billing system sucks too. Why cant an entire family (3 of us) be on one account? I pay on one account, then out of the blue I get a notice that I`m not paying this other account that is 120 days over due. Just seems that you go for treatment from time to time. Different time... different account. They have told me before that ones an old system and ones a new system. Well get rid of the old system then for christ sakes. This has happend countless times over the years.

billing

I got a bill from them and it didnt say what for.I called and she says your husband will have to ask for that. I said my husband will also tell me to pay for it but you know what until you tell me what its for forget it.I am waiting for a report from our ins. co. because I think they billed me 1200.00 that my ins.already paid so they will have to reemburse me wont that be fun.anyway I heard they lost all there bills on the comp. I think it mite be true cause I paid them like 1800.00 that I'm sure our ins has paid.so there double billing people so watch out.who ever heard of getting a bill and wont say what for.what a joke of a place!

Top Idiot

Remember that most of the crap comes from the top and sh*T rolls downhill! Thank God that idiot Karmen is leaving. They have chased all the good doctors away and have done nothing to find decent replacements. They wouldn't work with Atwell anymore and instead of kissing his a## a little to keep the patients there, they said so long and have paid for it ever since. He and his parners could end up owning Unity sooner than later if they continue to grow. Don't think for a minute that I think Atwell is a miracle healer, but he is a great surgeon and kept that hospital busy. I will say that Dr. Gipple is a fantasic doctor and surgeon, but is is orthapedic, not a general surgeon. Unity built a million dollar surgical suite and can't even find a doctor to use it. That is failure from the top imho.
