I would say-

Being a police chief makes him an expert on being chief of police in Philadelphia. I can't believe you are being so trusting of the government to totally protect you and yours. Where do you think all those chalk outlines come from at murder scenes? They come from a cop who draws them around a stiff because a cop wasen't there when needed most. Ever think the victim might have saved himself, had he been armed?
I have no quarrel with cops. They do what they can. We were once a nation proud of our freedom and independence. Lately we have become a nation of lazy oafs. We are only too happy to entrust more of the things we should be taking care of, to government. The end result is, we are losing more and more freedom and independence at the very hands of those we have entrusted it to protect.
The NRA, JFPO and others are taking a stand against freedom thieves. I am proud to be in their ranks.

Oh, one more thing. Ever notice how high the crime rate is in areas where guns are tightly restricted? But, parts of the country with lenient gun laws, crime is usually very low, including shootings. Just a month or so ago there was a town in the news like that. They had no murders in 20 years.

I can only assume by your post that the Chosen one has made an assertion that somewhere in the world there are countries that boast only 5 or 6 deaths by gunfire. (I've found it more sensible to disregard his contributions, but you may see fit to consider them as mere nonsense) Your request to see the names of those countries will likely go unanswered. And you are correct in your final assumption.
