Muscatine

According to an E mail this morning, Candidate Roby and Alderman Howard got caught doing some highly unethical (not unethical, illegal) things over the week-end. It seems Roby had a picture of herself posing by a City of Muscatine Fire Truck, clearly against City Ordinance and unlawful. She then had her advisor Alderman Howard distribute these in Muscatine over the weekend.
Come on Alderman Howard, you cannot break the law in order to get elected to make the laws. Come on Roby, you need to listen to someone who has higher ethics and morals than Howard, fire him.

Can't find the law

I checked the Muscatine City Ordinances which are now posted on-line at the city's website, and I can not find the Ordinance that was violated. Could you please provide the code section so I can read it. As a private citizen whose tax dollars paid for that fire equipment I don't understand why she or anyone else, elected or not can't take their picture in front of them. They do afterall belong to her as well as the rest of us.

But, I'd still be very interested in reading that law that was violated for myself. Thanks

you can find it because I dont believe it is there. Seems that ''republican'' likes to hit and run and stir stuff up but lacks the ability to backup his/her assertions.
