Although it is true that the U.S., joined other nations and the UN in giving money to the Palestinian Authority since its creation in the mid 1990's, it appears that payment by the PA to the prisoner terrorists in Israel was not started until earlier just this year (2011).

A law signed and published in the official Palestinian Authority Registry in April 2011 puts all Palestinians and Israeli Arabs imprisoned in Israel for terror crimes on the PA payroll to receive a monthly salary from the PA. Hi. This is certainly discusting and hard to accept, however I don't think our aid to the Isrealis and or the PA has much of anything to do with Obama since the practice has been the norm since before Carter. Budgetary issues regarding aid to other nations has the whopping distinction of 1% from our loot. I disliked spreading the wealth notion as far back as Reagan,*My hero at that* through giving to those who are rich to trickle to us poor. A little less speedy but spreading the wealth nontheless. Oh, also it didn't and doesn't work either. Somewhere along the way that wealth to be trickled gets stuck about the top.
