You found some good info here but have to call this for the PA and Isreal as their bastard children. I wish we could demand that any aid we send to other nations were also under our control especially the president's, but wish in one hand and **well we know the rest. Still discussting no matter how we slice it and an end to aid to nations with these practices might help. Though congress had better get on board or it's mute.

1.  If I had to choose between Israel or the Palestinian Authority to be with me in a foxhole, I know who I and most sane people would choose.

2.  All I need to know about this is this:

          If all the Palestinians and Muslims would give up their arms, weapons and bombs, there would be peace in the middle east.

         If Israel gave up its arms, weapons and bombs there would be slaughter.

That's a new and unknown direction I think we all can agree upon, but with regard to who's who in the money and peace game in the mid east. It's almost pointless that we shake those trees since none will fall out without some sort of dispute to the death. The waring nature of the religious idiologs there are ageless. All the typing and chatting about these nuts over there amount to all of us shaking a  rattle for no obvious reason in a quiet theater filled with sleeping babies, and has nothing to do with our own political agreements or discourses. But if to add to your point. Well of course, we are better off with a well armed and repected if not feared Isreal.
