I don't see the word "always"in your original reply, and I'm quite with the program.  I happen to frequent the P.O. very often.  The plain fact is that the attitude there is much improved from the days when Ms Roby ran the place.   I think you'll find that most custumers will agree.  Now your entitled to disagree, but the fact is that the staff there is friendlier, more attentive, and efficient than at any time during Roby's watch. 

Ya know, reading through this thread and some others recently, you're starting to come across more like Big Bully than Big Brother.  This can have the effect of negating the valid points you sometimes make.

 I wonder how many of the staff are still the same as when Roby was in charge?

If the majority is the same then there is a point if not then what is the point?
