I believe that this is an example of how a forum such as this can be helpful.  I know little of any of the candidates except for Mr. Hopkins.  It's interesting to hear BigBrothers backing of Miss Roby, and it would be nice to hear more about Openshaw if Ned is so inclined. I know nothing of her background.  The positive thing here is that it looks like we have a good group to choose from, and while at this point I would probably back Hoppi, I am certainly open to new viewpoints. 

Actually, I've never met any of the three. I don't fly at that altitude. I read their profiles and info in the paper, and all these posts. I'm just going with my gut feeling and backing Openshaw. You all do as you see fit.
