A bit garbled, not? I think the original comment was about what percentage of the nitrogen in the Gulf was from Iowa, not about how to sort out and identify the source of atoms already in the Gulf..

He didn't say what he was waiting for. It might be something even more garbled than what you wrote. Difficult to respond until I get a coherent question.

Fox, I'm sure she'll share all of those secrets soon. It must have something to do with all of the northern states marking their nitrogen with a super secret code before it flows into Iowa, making Iowas coded nitrogen easy to discern. Or maybe there are Nitrogen Border Patrols, fellows posted at all of Iowas borders who stop and search all of the runoff from our upper neighbors. Or perhaps there's a sorting station in the gulf, armed by Al Gore disciples who are masters of flawed science. There simply must be a way to "sort and identify" or she wouldn't keep making this redundant claim.
