What do you mean by those words? In normal persons words I might understand, but with your reasoning, one never knows what you mean.

The Labor Force Participation Rate declined in November. This is the percentage of the working age population in the labor force.
There are no more people working now than there were last month.
There are just a lot more who have quit looking for work and who have maxed out their welfare so they just don't register as unemployed anymore.
It's like saying this months crime rate is 8.6% rather than 9.0% because we quit counting some types of crimes knowing we'll never be able to prevent them. It's a dumb way to show an "improvement", but the Obumbler is hoping enough dumbies won't realize what happened and think everything is better now. Your revelation accounts for only about half.
