The bigger chance of voter fraud is the electronic ballot readers and counters. There the right person can program the whole thing to come out anyway they want. And there have been examples of where that all but certainly happened.
"...where that all but certainly happened." Oh, so someone THINKS that might have happened, is that what you mean by 'all but certainly happened'? And just exactly who is the 'right person'? Wouldn't it have to be several right persons as if most places are like Iowa, there are a bunch of people involved in the election process, members of both parties, so no single person could manage what you purport.
