I 'll bet that Malodery was the kid that teachers described as “precocious” and students described as “know-it-all”. She claims knowledge she doesn't have, and tries to rationalize it away. She probably never cheated on a test, but she cheats on arguments. When confronted with evidence to the contrary, she doesn't relent. She rationalizes away the flaws in her arguments and persists, regardless of reality. This flaw she probably has exhibited her entire life. She can't admit when she's wrong. |

The person named in this post is Roger Lande. So what difference does it make who else is in the lawfirm? Roger Lande is not a member of that lawfirm but you refuse to acknowledge that fact. So now you know that he is not a member of the law firm and thus there is not conflict of interest and he is not in some cookie jar.
