I'm happy you disagreed with it's derivation.

I think if you look over the states average, you'll find Iowa among the top rated(my home then) and for a long period Iowa had the highest literacy rate in the nation. The whole students IQ suffrageissue took many forms of design and the least culpable were the teachers, though it was easier to blame one aspect rather than work on the whole problem, especially when it came to funding. Kenedy's assistance in the legislation only goes to show he was there way to damn long. As far as the brainchildren of the bill, it was the one man that made it happen regardless of how many took it as important. Headlock? Tell you what, you tell me how a measly trader with as little as 2 yrs of college is worth ten times more earnings than 4-8yrs of education and training to teach and babysit the nation's unruly and ever increasingly restless, don't give a crap minded droppouts and medicated children? and I'll give you that one. Even in my days as that -strangler- we couldn't do a damn thing if a child decided he or she didn't have to listen to you, that by and large disrupted the entire class almost every day and that happened more often than you'd think. We became parents without rights nine hours a day with little pay and not much more,,, other than the love of children and our goals to a better future for everyone to keep us there. I cannot speak for the larger inner cities and especially those suffering the worst of our socioeconomic stagnation in our educational system, but for this area rural as it is, I'd say we did a pretty damn good job.

 Headlock-----thhhhhhhpppst
