There should be little else to complain about I guess.
In speaking with-my friend- she said they were not blaming GPC, but had to wonder even though there are other contributors to asthma including heredity but no other family members have it. They do not smoke nor ever did and no matter where most live there is exhaust, pollens, etc. She did say too, that often she couldn't hang out clothes to dry, they stunk badly and needed to be washed again. You all know this issue and the air over there way more than I would, the residents would know best how the community is affected. Not hearing much but good things for the community these years regarding GPC, through huge numbers in employment, railroad and truck transport etc. and capitol benefits, making that area a rather hot spot for drawing business, well I just hadn't heard of these other issues and she did say that the smoke we see now and then isn't nearly all from GPC that the power stations over there, can be a huge contributor as they are for every community that have them. A 100+ million to fix what ever problem is a huge chunk of coin and could have an adverse affect on their GDP for a time. As you might think, the lawyers are not going to give up once the ball gets rolling and the issues these folks feel important will only go away once the danage checks start to fly. I don't know but it would be hard to decide who is right and such. Plus if GPC didn't know they might have a serious issue with pollution they probably wouldn't be embarking on this dryer project. In some lawyers minds that in it'self would indicate some measure of guilt. It's a sad thing to have any community in this kind of pickled issue.
