Just curious.   Were you a contemporary of John Louis Flemming?

Oh deary me dear, it would appear we've been flummoxed out and discovered. 

And those Flemmings.  What a notorious bunch of jokesters.  Reminds me of when we were back in the old country, and old Madelyn Flemming got her knickers in a bunch because her cousin L. P. Flemming, a cousin of TP, got to making advances toward her.  First she smacked LP, then TP, then all of the Flemmings got to flinging and fuming, and before you knew it, the local constable had thrown the whole bunch in the pokey. 

You probably missed this while on hiatus.   This and a whole lot of drivel.  

I knew him a long time ago and was wondering if he retained the values of his younger years.

Coincidences are such strange animals. So are hiatuses. Welcome back from yours.
