A gain, BigBlowhart, CLAM wasn't even in that lawsuit, so how could they have "their hat handed to them, when they aren't involved. What you should have concern is that the Judge, (Smith) who openly admitted his incompetence is still there as a Judge, making decisions effecting peoples lives and demonstrating his inability to do anything but make wrong decisions and taking the easy way out. Maybe the expression "Justice is blind" should be rewritten to "Justice is blind to everything except the dollar"
Wowie-zowie, republibub...aren't you looking like the uninformed fool?
CLAM wasn't in the lawsuit? CLAM wasn't involved? You sure are a piss-poor spokesperson aren't you?
April 02, 2013 Journal: "CLAM's goal, as intervenor in the lawsuit filed by the Attorney General, is to assure that our environmental laws are fully obeyed and that those who have chosen not to follow the law will pay sufficient penalties to deter such behavior in the future."
June 28, 2012 QC Times: "MUSCATINE — Clean Air Muscatine can intervene in a lawsuit filed by the state against Grain Processing Corp., the chief judge of the Seventh Judicial District has ruled."
"CLAM’s executive director, Jessica Brackett, said Alpers’ decision “will allow CLAM a seat at the negotiating table” in matters related to the December 2011 lawsuit alleging air quality and water pollution control violations that the lawsuit says were committed by GPC."
Remind me to never have you defend any positions for me in the future, ok, dimwit?
Here's your hat...and your sign.....
