Just when do you hire additional staff if not when you get more work?

Do you have an answer to this?

New staff is not hired, in most cases, after you get new projects.  New staff is hired, in most cases, in anticipation of new projects.  New projects are not normally accepted, as best business practice, unless you know you already have the staff that can handle the job.   You really cannot bid on a project, in good faith, hoping you will be able to recruit and retain the proper resources.

It really makes no difference if staff is hired before or after you get the work, just that it is hired, to refute BS's contention that new overseas work for Stanley doesn't result in more jobs in Muscatine.

I thank you for your support.

He still has this one mysterious project that he doesn't want ot tell us about where it didn't happen.

You have not one clue how Stanley's does business so please stop acting like you do. I do not blame anyone for not revealing any of their work projects on here. I don't see you writing about your work so why expect anyone else to write about theirs? Your overbearing demeaner does nothing to enhance your image on this board.

You have no idea what I know about how Stanley does business so don't get so huffy.   I could be Dick Stanley for all you know.

I'm not of course.   He wouldn't waste that much time with you.

I'm just happy that someone agrees with me that more overseas work will mean more jobs for Stanley in Muscatine.

I can leave it at that.
