I was employed as a Technical Project Manager for some time before retiring. I know what I'm talking about. You do not. New projects do not normally require new employees. You are wrong about scheduling and you must be assuming that no project is ever completed. Unless you have had training and experience in technical project management, you should just get over it. I don't expect you to admitt you were wrong. I do expect you to just fade away on this one like you've done on others in the past.
