Roundabout or Roundhead

I'm not sure we need either at that location, but I think highway engineers are better equipped to decide.   They have traffic counts an accident reports and some training in how to interpret them.

Uh, huh! That's why we have a plethora of stoplights on our bypass, and why the bridge and loop ramps were built at Hershey after all the fatalities. Highway engineers designed/built the first bypass. "Fatalities" designed/built all the modifications that we see in place today. Being smart is not a job requirement to being a highway engineer.

You are the one that posted that Iowa nitrogen in the Gulf could be quantified with 12 year old articles from 1999, in 2011, submitted as "proof". Only...they didn't prove anything. Then, you said more recent and more detailed articles were available. But....but....YOU did not use any of them or provide the required proof! And....they do not exist!

Dec 21st, 2011 from mallcontent:

"You're absolutely correct.   What I provided is something to show it can be and has been done.  If you really wanted to know, as opposed to just being a pest, you could find later, more detailed articles that would show they can measure it with even more precision now, thus reinforcing my original statement about what percentage of the nitrogen in the Gulf that is from Iowa."

I know one dummy that has not delivered up her proof yet on her original allegations! Why would anyone use 12 yr old agendized data, and then say there exists later, more detailed articles on Iowa's nitrogen percentages.....and not use same for her argument?

Your own words admit that your original claim was about Iowa's percentage of nitrogen in the Gulf. This is 2013 and you STILL have no current proof? Even after lying in 2011 that there was more recent info with more precision now!

Do you remember that you realized the error you posted with this back then, and then your very next post was for us to "ignore my last comment"????? ROTFLMBBAO! You ate shit on that one, dummy!

Then this on Mar 04, this year: "I'm confident I have a higher IQ, a better education and broader world exposure than anybody else here." You haven't taken Nigel's offer up on that bet have you?

Again......what marker in Iowa's nitrogen DNA in the Gulf proves it is from Iowa, with all the other states contributing to the Mississippi that your reports never even mentioned? You surely have that more-precise methodology and reports now, correct? This is 2013. We are still waiting.....

Indeed Ned.  It isn't Obama that worries me as much as the non-thinking low information voters that elected him.

I worry more about the non-thinking, low information voters who still talk about him being a Muslim and from Kenya and still deny climate change or species extinction and a host of other science.

You could even include the dummy who doesn't understand nitrogen in the Gulf of Mexico.

You could definitely include the dummy who doesn't understand nitrogen in the Gulf of Mexico.

Yeah, the 38,61 junction should probably be a round about but people in this area don't like them for unknown reasons.

They're all over in Europe and work in other states here.

All highway engineers are not perfect but I think smart is better than stupid.

Sometimes lack of money gets in the way of really good design.

There's a certain segment of the population who resist raising the fuel tax right now for instance.
