I'm not sure we need either at that location, but I think highway engineers are better equipped to decide. They have traffic counts an accident reports and some training in how to interpret them.
Uh, huh! That's why we have a plethora of stoplights on our bypass, and why the bridge and loop ramps were built at Hershey after all the fatalities. Highway engineers designed/built the first bypass. "Fatalities" designed/built all the modifications that we see in place today. Being smart is not a job requirement to being a highway engineer.
Yeah, the 38,61 junction should probably be a round about but people in this area don't like them for unknown reasons.

So $4 for a gallon of gas does not suit you. Well, msmal, if you want to pay more just drive to Iowa City or other places and you can pay more. Most of us think we are being jerked around enough with gas prices and frankly the way taxpayer money is being abused I do not want to add to that pot of gold.
