I thought you had an higher IQ than anyone here? Jailers can get their training anywhere, even the Iowa Law Enforcement Academy. But they are not law enforcement officers, certified peace officers, nor deputy sheriff's by code definition. They do not receive the same training  as officers or deputies, and some receive theirs at the same location. Hell, the Iowa Highway Patrol State Troopers used to be trained there too. Are jailers state troopers?

OMG...someone may attend Musc Comm College but they may never have the same training or education that others receive. How could that be possible? How could that be possible at the Iowa Law Enforcement Academy?
