Of course it's a good investment
Of course the architect would be willing to spend $25k on the consultant for the bond issue committee. Of course it's a good investment. For, if the schools don't get built, they won't get paid to build them. It's kind of like a realtor chipping in some of their fee to get buyer and seller to reach agreement. The taxpayers won't be paying the $25k, nor will they be paying for the survey. Unless of course, an individual taxpayer donates to the bond committee's campaign. This is not funded by the district. |

What I'm hearing is...
You're saying the architect to-date has been designing the schools out of the generosity of their hearts and the schools haven't paid for it? WOW - can I get their name and number because I'd like them to design my basement and leave me with the plans since I don't have the $ to finish it right now. |
