Q3. I would start with who runs the district.
Q4. The school has the answer.
Q5. Not only land cost. Sewer. Water. Road align.
Q6. Refer to my previous posting. Not sure. New idea? Under Contract?
Q7. There may be up to 100 acres.

Q9. They have land. School needs land. Maybe a better site. Why not offer it? What's in it for the people's land at Tollgate schools are buying?
