You're right - Bob H. would never have tolerated Jeff Monebrake's shenanigans. He would have been all over the location of the land, the savings (if any) to the school district, the cost to the school district, and what is an exaggeration as well as what is blatantly untrue.

He also would have highlighted Monebrake's unholy alliances, including who would have made money over this, or who would be exacting some sort of revenge and using this as a vehicle.

This is no longer Bob Harding's PATA, and the powers-that-used-to-be will use that to their advantage.

2. In what way will Tollgate need to be realigned?
3. Who has these faxes and emails you speak of?
4. Who is behind the offer?
5. Where will 7 figures in savings come from, if the property at Tollgate and Refugee only cost the school district $1.5 million?
6. Why wasn't the school district approached before now?
7. Are you offering 61 acres, which is the amount of land at Tollgate and Refugee?
8. What price did you offer your property to the school district for?
9. What's in it for the person (people) behind the offer?
10. Is the site appropriate for two schools, with the possibility of a third?

Sycamore Creek has enough houses to fill that school just about by itself. Add Fox Glen to the mix or maybe the neighborhood that connects to Sycamore Creek - Preston Trails? And the school is full.
