I'd rather be involved with the schools than Jeff Monebrake.
I agree - if you have questions just ask - I think the questions you need to know are:
1. Acreage? Same amount as Tollgate site? Can you fit 3 schools on it? Is the shape of the lot good?
2. Cost to the district?
3. Proximity to other elementary schools/middle schools in the district - is it a good location?
Those are the big ones - other questions are secondary to the above. We don't need schools on top of each other. Where is this property located? If it is at North or opposite corner - I would think that too close to Violet & Tollgate would be a better site. Just my two cents.
