How stupid would people look if the savings were real. That's why they never made it to the table. I heard a road realignment at the new site could be in the hundreds of thousands alone.

Pray tell, what road needs to be realigned? Refugee Road? Tollgate Road?

Big Box property

I believe the property in question is the Rickett's property across form North. This is the very same property that so many complained about the safety of the North High Students with having a big box store there and the increased truck traffic.

Would buying the property for a school also not allow new students into the district? Of Course to improve the property to accommodate the big box would require a TIF. So the tax dollars coming to the school would not come around for a long time.
