Has anyone heard the rumor that former Mayor Lee Gray is running for Trustee this year? I am hearing that at a local gathering hole this morning. I understand he was behind getting Weltlich elected in 2000. He also helped with Fix's run for trustee in 2001.

That would be a good thing

I seriously doubt that....but it would be great to have a Trustee who lived in the City limits. I am 99% sure that Mr. Gray was a petition carrier.

Lee has not learned his lesson, his style is no longer welcome. btw, he offered to help Wetlich but then departed the election commitee due to a disagreement.

A word to the wise, make sure you count your fingers after you shake hands with some of the phoenix politicians who think they can come back from the ashes.
