Does he really refer to councilperson Hammond as ''a stupid little housewife?''

Does he have the same opinion about all us stay at home moms?

Are we saying here that Jeffery Fix called John Hammond's wife, Cristie, stupid? When was this after he got her to lie for him and because she told the truth when she talked with the two newspaper reporters.
