Fix and Facts don't go together. Divert and lie do. First he rails at the developer and then gives him tax breaks. Despite 300 acres within the city limits to develop as commercial which will break even at best as the city keeps all of the taxes but the genius in Fix says we will only get MILLIONS from those 300 acres in the township when we split the taxes FIVE or more ways. Give up the ideas of commercial development in the city. He equates a feel good 5 way MOU with giving away half the future city taxes, giving up the city right to annex and to conform it boundaries. Then after getting the support on council the township rejects him. That is real skilled to PO that many people in such a short period of time. Clearly Fix is incompetent and judging by the postings he doesn't want to hear that on the site he created. Now after trying for years to get rid of the school board nemesis Mark Uher; Fix returns with the Uher sidekick to run for council. Who is reverting back and who is keeping their word? Fix told the Fairfield County Republican Executive committee in February that he was recruiting candidates to run against Ted and Brian because they were working with Lee Gray to bring back Daryl Berry. You can't believe a word out of the man's mouth. He is recruiting party hacks worried about not alienating county wide voters.

As for Paris and Jerry may god bless them both. Maybe she can do some community service and mow my lawn in shorts.

I smell something fishy) lost their bid to ensure continued annexation, rezoning and high density housing HEY FOOL THE CURRENT ZONING IN THE CITY IS LOWER DENSITY THAN THE CURRENT ZONING IN THE TOWNSHIP. Hey, I thought these guys wanted to slow residential home building HEY FOOL, THE HOUSING STARTS ARE WAY DOWN THIS YEAR AND SOME OF THE POLICIES THAT TED AND BRIAN PUT FORWARD ARE BEGINNING TO WORK. ? Wouldn?’t limiting annexations do that NO FOOL THEY WILL ONLY BUILD IN THE TOWNSHIP WHERE THEY DON?“T HAVE BUILDING STANDARDS AND IMPACT FEES. Yep! But no, wait, they want to be able to annex and rezone for MORE HOUSES should that delectable, mouth-watering piece of property be dangled in front of them by some slick developer MAYBE THIS IS MORE ABOUT SOME LARGE LAND OWNERS STILL WANTING TO CASH OUT. . Don?’t we already have thousands of homes already lined up for the building MANY OF THOSE PLATS ARE STARTING TO EXPIRE. Homes we can?’t stop no matter what THAT IS NOT TRUE EITHER ? Why the need to annex for even more homes YOU DON?“T ANNEX HOMES YOU ANNEX LAND? Hey Brian and Ted, we?’re all tired of these homes THEN QUIT ALLOWING THE TOWNSHIP TO PLAT MORE HOME BUILDING LOTS. The majority of us COMMERICIAL ZONING AND COMMERICIAL PLATTING HAVE BEEN THE ONLY ITEMS ON THE P & Z AGENDA FOR OVER TWO YEARS NOW YOU KNOW THEY POST THAT INFORMATION ON THE CITY WEB SITE MIGHT WANT TO READ IT BEFORE RUNNING YOUR MOUTH, JEFF!
