There is hardly anything on the agenda what is he going to VETO?

For Jeff Fix and those that think Fix and the Mayor WON I believe they also committed (their words) to NOT give up the rights to annex and the rights to conform our city?’s boundaries. Clearly by their own definitions of significant economic development (MILLIONS OF DOLLARS IN COMMERICIAL REVENUES) they are going to be hard pressed to give up these rights with small parcels of land going into JEDDs. They also didn?’t get an over whelming endorsement from the public. Those 54 votes could turn on a dime if they go back on their promises ?“as a group?“. They may have won a battle but they surrendered their chips to play. Remember we will all be watching.

?“We understand that the citizens have a desire to ''preserve your rights.'' As a group we are committed to not give up the rights to annex land or conform the boundaries except in the case of significant economic development on lands that we do not have the ability to annex anyway. Preserving your rights is important. Securing the economic future of our community is also important. We believe that both will be accomplished if you vote to defeat Issue 9.?”

I also know that Paris needs a good spanking for her bad behavior. If the judge is uncomfortable in administrating the punishment then I will volunteer and even pay my own way to fly to LA to straighten her act up.

ORDINANCE 2007-25, ?“AN ORDINANCE GRANTING AN EXEMPTION TO THE APPLICABILITY OF THE IMPACT FEE ORDINANCE TO BERRY & MILLER, INC., FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE VOLUNTEER ENERGY SERVICES, INC., PROJECT BASED ON THE DETERMINATION OF THE PICKERINGTON CITY COUNCIL THAT THE PROJECT WILL CREATE AN EXTRAORDINANRY ECONOMIC IMPACT AND/OR EMPLOYMENT GROWTH,?”
