Can anybody even get a copy of VT's budget to post?

If anybody should be suing, it's the property owners. They've been delayed plenty long enough. If they delay long enough, an owner might pass away and open up a door new set of lawyers.

Think of the legal fees Violet has caused to be spent by the city and themselves, the property owners, county resources, state money by other taxpayers for judges and coutrooms, and on and on and on. Just what is that total and how many years of JEDD, CEDA, or joint economic split income tax will it take everyone to recover?

I thought the property owners owned the land, not C anal, not Bickerington, not Violent, and certainly not the ACLU. (Anti Christian Lawyers Union)

Peyton Ridge

In other business, they approved final plats for Peyton Ridge. No details are provided and if you go to the minutes of the Violet Township Zoning Commission, THERE ARE CURRENTLY NO DOCUMENTS AVAILABLE!

Peyton Ridge is a single family develpment of 23 homes on LARGE lots off Milnor Road just North of the city border on the right side of the road, the plat is posted on a large sign on the property if you are interested in seeing it. This subdivison USED EXISTING ZONING which allows for 30,000 sq ft lots so they did not have to request a zoning change nor have a zoning hearing that is why there is no record in the minutes of such discussion or meeting.

Plats are available for view at the Violet Township offices and are not posted on the web. Nor does the city post plats on the web. I have found the people in both offices to be very helpful when you want to view a plat for any subdivision, existing or planned.

Let me ask you

So this is low density residential in the township? Then low density residential like this is O.K.in the city?

How big are City Lots?

I think any type of low density lots would be welcome ANYWHERE in the PLSD.
