Minimum of 2/acre.

But how large?

I know how small they can be minimum 2 houses per acre. But what's the largest lot you can get in the city?

That may be what drives the more expensive homes ot the township - bigger lots. I think Fox Glen East looks pretty good. I've only heard how small city lots are I'd be curious to know what the largest lots are they offer currently.

Depends

I believe it depends on what the developer desires to build. I'm not sure there is a 'limit' on the size in the large quantity.

However, not much of the city goes to North so there's not going to be a lot of large developers building in the city now. Just being truthful.
R-1 zoning

The city does have an official one acre lot zoning district. I believe that district is a
R-1. I am not aware of any developments in the city that were ever zoned R-1. I would like to see some areas of the City go in that direction for some lots. However I doubt we will see any more residential lot platting for a while. There has been not any new plats approved in the City since October of 2002. All of the platting that I have seen over the last 3 or 4 years has been commercial.
