Huh?

Why is a good idea that this developer didn't approach the city when we do have all the things you mentioned in place?!?
Let me ask this. Are we better off to have the township run the entire land in the school district with their form of Gov't. and their taxation rate or the City and their taxation rate? If you say the township, then why do we need an economic agreement? They need a municipality to be able to collect an income tax.

gee an acre is roughly 42,500 sq feet, and these lots are
30,000 sq feet, if they had 2 lots per acre zoning then I guess you would get more than 23 houses here wouldn't you...

I am glad they did not go to the city, fewer kids in our schools and this land clearly is not in an area that would be commercial.

Gee they can still flush their toilets, have police protection and fire and there cul de sac street gets plowed before 8am. Why annex?
