Collusion n. a secret agreement for fraudulent or illegal purposes. (Webester's)
A 3 acre JEDD proposal has been submitted by the trustees here 2 days after an election. Seem odd to you? It should because the land owner showed up at a city committee meeting and didn't know what was going on except what he read in the papers. Wonder if he's been kept in the loop this time as it's apparent that he's become a pawn with HIS land. The delays to him are probably actionable.
There are demands from the trustees for a cash payment and income tax sharing from 3 acres, on our borders, and I wonder if the property owner is aware of this. Remembeer, this developement can't happen without city services the residents have paid for!!!
Brian, Ted and Mike, you have a golden opportunity. Ask for a financial analysis of this project and the letter that Fix and company sent out will start to burn in their hands like the beginning of a Bonanza episode!
DONE-DIDA-DONE-DIDA-DONE-DAAAA!!
Ask for the trustees to provide a list of their services they plan to provide and their costs versus income and see it this is a profit center for them.
YEE-HAW! RAWHIDE!
Ask the property owner to be present at the next meeting where this agreement will be discussed and ask him if he wants to annex.
HI-O, SILVER!!
If these, I never ever, ever thought I'd repeat this, ANTI PICKERINGTON ZEALOTS, want a pony show, give them one.
By It's the dis-trustees as well
