I liked the comic in the SNP this week. Who is the greedy city councilman in the picture?

Anyone of two.

My copy of SNP is buried in snow and ice on the driveway. Is this greedy Pickerington City Councilman short, a little rounded, dark hair and looks a little like the local mafia?

Then I can expect a refund??

Interesting but NOT accurate. Pickerington Police DO TICKET periodically outside school buildings after hours.

If they want to be consistent & have refunds issued - I'm betting there will be a line at the station. I personally know of two different folks that have received tickets at schools.

School buildings now have posted signs that people can & do get tickets. I just wonder why its only when they feel like it?

If it's in the name of safety we should be consistent.
