Geat deal for whom?
Dear Anonymous?…now
You appear to be a mole wanting information about how to argue for the infamous City Manager Bushman. First you say you are not 100% sure you understand people opposing the purchase of Hickory Lakes then you claim you understand why people don?’t want to expand the sewer plant. The give away is you follow the same old crap that Joyce uses in what will the township do with it? Will they build condos, apartments or homes? If it is wetlands why would the township residents allow any of that to happen? Remember the township can?’t pass anything by emergency. In other words everything they do is subject to a referendum.
So just to clear your mind a little, so that we might give you a better understanding of the crooks that run the city I will attempt to explain some of our collective feelings about this city hall. Clearly there is something in this deal for Joyce Bushman. She has been doing backroom deals for years now only to get her pay off's that will not result in a record for public viewing. She will make a bundle you can bet on that. Second if you have doubts then please review the scam in the Pickerington Police Station and the out right theft of the property from the original family. Who was involved with that deal? Daryl Barry held the land which he bought for less than $5,000 per acre and sold it for a $100,000 an acre complete will a rezoning to apartments and a $150,000 road paid for by the tax payers. Who represented the sellers, none other than Judge Don McAuliffe whom is supported for re-election by the Republican Party Chairman Brian Fox? The Judge for his services charged the selling family $1,300 per acre giving him a grand total of about $100,000 for a deal to execute a contract that any real estate agent would have done for $3,000. Yep this is the very same Judge that is now under investigation for arson in a fire that burnt his home down in Millersport last year.
The Hickory Lakes has all of the same components as the police station land, Daryl Barry and Joyce Bushman. Joyce is accused of fraud in her application for the loan to expand the sewer plant. Please look at the front (home page) of this web site for the details.
We are talking about passing up an opportunity for green space and park land. First that land is in the township. Why doesn?’t Fairfield County buy it if it is such a great deal? Why Doesn?’t the Township buy it if it such a great deal? Why doesn?’t the city buy the Painter/Kolher Property to protect the established Pickerington Ponds for that matter? The problem here is that Joyce Bushman got caught and now is trying to be an environmentalist which she is not. She is actually a liar and a cheat and she has spent enough of the City tax payer?’s money with the full support of the soon to be recalled council members.
