CONDOS next to church

The condos planned next to the Sycamore Creek Community Church are to be built by Berry and Miller who has an option contract to purchase the land from the Church. Of course this land is adjacent to Hickory Lakes. Also note the above serve agreement section,in this document, perhaps the collector sewers added to the Hickory Lakes project are to be sewer lines for the city to service this area even though the county has lines in the ground.
Right now this annexation is in litigation as the commissioners denied it. Recently part of the annexed land in this project owned by Virginia Homes West of Milnor Road, petitioned to the court to withdraw from the annexation. If their petition is sucessful, this would now make this annexation area an island, with no current city land touching it, we will see how they jockey to fix that one and get to the High School salaries before it opens. I am predicting ''options'' being executed on properties all up and down Pickerington Road and Milnor Road or thereabouts if they haven't done this already.
