Which Meeting, Lisa?

It appears the Club has been endorsing candidates all summer long BEFORE any of the candidates have been certified by the Fairfield County Board of Elections.

One candidate (though upon my advice removed today) publically stated on his website he was endorsed by the Club at their July 22nd meeting.

I have not attended a meeting of the Club ... have you, Lisa? However, if I was a betting man, I would bet that Lisa Reade has and voted in the 'back-room, smoke-filled, darkened hallway' endorsement process. What do you think, Lisa?

Thanks to all for sharing publically facts about the Northwest Fairfield County GOP Club endorsement process.

Did the Fairfield County Board of Elections certify the candidates BEFORE they were interviewed by the 'Selection' Committee? Had all candidates filed petitions before endorsements were made? Were any endorsements made on July 22?

It appears the endorsement process makes the other GOP Club look like a bunch of saints ... talk about 'darkened hallways ... priceless stuff!

Mark, I am not a member of the club and do not attend the meetings nor do I intend to become a member in the near term. I know a lot of members of the club, and we discuss issues within the the community on a regular basis.

You claim membership in this club but did not attend the meetings, then you complain about what happens in the meetings of YOUR CLUB.

If you are going to claim membership, and then complain about what goes on in the meetings, and the how the decisions made and when, at least go to the meetings to have a voice. If you did such perhaps you would not look so silly (my opinion) here in this discussion.
