Palisades

Welcome to Palisades Point!

Palisades Point Neighborhood Association was officially created on February 28, 2000 by combining the two neighborhoods of Palisades Phase II and Kingspoint.

The purpose behind creating an official association was to apply for funds through the Neighborhood Enhancement Matching Grant Program and to have a larger voice in matters that effect our city and our residents.

The area is bounded by McCoy Rd on the east, Old Denton on the west, Frankford to the north, and the Greenbelt on the south.

The area contains 366 homes and borders a church, shopping center, and Rainwater Elementary School.

Dues are currently $35.00 per household per year.
