Find the signup sheet for the landscaping committee from a meeting one to two years ago and call us. We will be there. Shut up and call moron.

Haven't liked them since we moved in. They get replaced every year on Powell Road with something just as ugly. Whoever does that entrance is color blind.

When they do finally start to look even close to good, they are replaced with something else in the fall that was just as nasty in the spring. Whoever is chosing those flowers needs to step aside and let someone else try. Call Tom McNutt on Sunday mornings. He'll help!

Get the facts before you speak.

The HOA represents ALL of the homeowners in BBF, not just you.

There are many more expenses than what you mentioned.

Last I checked the fountains are working, and to fix one adds cost.

As has been posted many times before, please check around and see what other subdivisions are paying for their HOA dues.

If you don't like paying then find a place where you don't have to. I suggest if it is a subdivision they will have a garden club or committee to maintain their entrance.

We (OUR ) elect and trust the people we elect to work in the best interest of all. Decisions as to where to allocate the ( OUR ) money is up to them. If you want to participate in that decision go to a meeting, or run for a position so you can manage (OUR) money

Why moron?

Why not just communicate as a civil person. Calling someone a Moron only tells the responsible people here that you are not the kind of person we want involved.
