I can respect the homebuilders desire to still take part, but if you are not a resident of the neighborhood I do not see how you can truly have an interest. I feel that if you own multiple lots you should not have an increased vote. I hope the residents take a stand and vote out the homebuilders. I still am amazed that we have a management company. This is such a small neighborhood that now we are seeing are money wasted on two signs (which look ok except seeing the poles below that they sit on), drainage ditches, and now a management company. Still nothing for the residents.
I am unsure of what you mean by the first sentence. We are all residents and from what I can tell you are also. I am sorry you feel that the money is wasted on two signs. You really should put your complaints on the HOA website. I have been asking for the landscaping since July, 2010 and to no avail. They got very high estimates, but who knows if they will take one. There is no more communication being set forth on the Directors side until after this next bogus Election.
I am also not aware of what you mean by drainage ditches. Again, that seems to be something you should put on the website. You seem displeased as I am. Put your displeasures on the website for the Directors to see. Hopefully, with more homeowners do that, we can have a better HOA.
The Developers were suppose to put up the signs, but they said they wouldnt. There is no subvisision that the HOA has to put up their own signs in order to be kept separate from Gann Ranch. Our neighborhood is of a higher standand than Gann Ranch and therefore the Monuments set us apart. I, for one, do not want to be associated with Gann Ranch when I sell my home. Do you?
If you have read the paperwork sent out by concerned homeowners, you will see that we are trying have the proper board presiding. The new bogus election is only to cover up the Developers errors by not submitting proxies or casting votes. the only way to get them off the Board is to stand together. Where do you stand?
