Check your Sewer Bills from Johnson Utilities we are being ripped off.

I thought so too, but after calling today, the $123 and change was actually for November, December, and January contrary to their bill that said from 12/31-1/31. Just make sure that if you paid AUSS for November before being notified of the switch that your $$ gets credited. We paid our $32 to them and it is still MIA, Johnson Utilities is looking into it, apparently we are not the only ones with that problem. So just make sure to check your bills closely, but the one you just received was more than likely for November, December, and January. The normal monthly rate is $41.04 I believe.

Mine was 115 and change. When I called them, they said it was a total of three months billing, they were still catching up from changing over. They had not posted this months payment, which I had sent, or last months, which I had sent, and they still had not received a check that was sent to the old company! They do NOT have their stuff together, so, I would call and straigten things out if your bill was that high as well.

In Jan they charged me for 2 mo and that was suposed to straighten it out. This mo they charged me for 3 mo and credited for 1 mo. Go figure???
Also it was due 2/15/07 but was mailed 2/23/07, late fee??
