Yes, I was upset about the boars too. When I took my daughter to school we would stop by the donut shop and throw out sausage rolls. I guess many of us are probably the reason it was hanging around. I don't agree with what happened either and would have gladly donated as well.
Yes, it would be nice to see positive changes in our neighborhood. Haven't seen it happen and I doubt it will. One man on a crusade has really damaged respect for our HOA / COPS program not to mention inaccurate information posted by HOA. This has lead to disbelief in the programs. Problem being, no matter what is said or done, nothing changes. If COPS / HOA can make positive changes and those changes are initiated, not just talk, then perhaps the attitudes and name calling would stop. If you call yourself a program for your neighborhood, then all issues must be addressed! Not just the ones the HOA / COPS deem necessary. I am not sure you "I am a neighbor" know all the issues and concerns that have been addressed here on this forum. And I really don't think it is nice to stoop to the level of calling those who do complain highschoolers. That in itself is name calling. I do hope more people become involved in our neighborhood HOA and I do hope our HOA has answers to many questions that will be asked at the next meeting and it would be nice to post the date of the next meeting and let everyone know whether or not Mr. Newell will be attending. Otherwise, HOA won't be able to answer many of the questions that I and my neighbors have. We need answers. We need the truth. Bring the person who has the truth.
